You can export the tiles you've made as an image with File > Export > Export tileset, then you can simply import this image in Tiled.

Thus far I am loving the software. It is perfect for look that I wanted, but now I am confuse about how I take a image, make it a tile to use it to make a tilemap? Also, I was thinking of using http://www.mapeditor.org/download.html for this. Any ideas how this may be done? Don't be afraid to be really technical with me about this. :)
