Layer locking and move selection

Hey everyone, I just wanted to post about my experience with PyxelEdit so far.

I absolutely love this tool, definitely the best one I've worked with so far!

I have a couple of common issues from using the editor which would be great as new features:

I often find myself accidentally drawing on the wrong layer; it would be really great to have the facility to lock layers to prevent this!

I also find I often want to shift a selection around quickly, and unless there's something I'm missing so far the way you do this is by selecting, cutting and then pasting, which seems a little counterintuitive - it would be great to just be able to move what I've selected without the extra steps.

select what you want, hold control, and drag.

Yes it is really very annoying. It would be good to add an additional icon with a padlock next to the layers link icons, or near the eye icon.
It was also necessary to have the option of displaying a message in the case of the blocked value "do you want to paste pixels on the blocked layer?" "Yes" <> not "
