Hello,
I find the tile-based animation really cool. I consider it one of my favorite features of this program. However, I do wish that some alternate form of tile overlay animation was also possible. Possibly taking the current tile, then taking the same visible layer(s) of the previous tile and overlaying them at maybe 30% opacity? A good example of this would be Bonix iStopMotion, where you capture a frame and it shows a low opacity version of that frame while you re-adjust the model. When dealing with multiple characters moving around, it's sorta hard to edit the tile, then copy it to the next one, and do that for 40+ frames, especially using a track pad (I find it easier to draw with one and i can't always put a mouse down somewhere).

Hi,
It sounds like the onion skin feature would help for this, have you tried it? I think it makes animating work like what you're describing (although I haven't used iStopMotion).
