Activating the license on a different computer should be the exact same process as when you actvated PyxelEdit on your first computer.
If you're not getting the popup where you can insert your key, you can add it manually by making a licenseKey.txt file, then insert your key, save it and place the file in the PyxelEdit installation folder here "/PyxelEdit/Settings/"
