Fullscreen mode not working macbook pro

Hello, on my MacBook Pro 13", I can't use the fullscreen feature. When I press the fullscreen button, it doesn't fullscreen.

Hi Kakise

There is no true full screen mode, when you press the maximize (green) button, the window will just fill the entire screen except the top bar and dock.

You have to make the display settings changed accordong to your choice and you can also go for the true turn that automatically adjust the screen mode. make sure that you won't get ERROR CODE 0XC0000428
during the mode change process.
