How to import a single tile?

I bought Pyxel Edit today and I'm importing some of my older tiles so I can continue with them. They're all seperate 32x32 png images. Is there a way to import a single tile, or should I make a tileset first? I know you can import an image, but I don't know how to make it a tile.
