1080p maximized drawing window bug

Just a small issue I found while doing some work. I noticed that when you have the drawing window maximized within the program that the background does not render entirely (the right side), if the background is transparent.

After doing some light testing to I found that the issue seems only to appear on my 1080p monitor rather than my 768p monitor. The bug remains independent from whether I have both monitors on or only one. If the tiles are colored, they will be rendered, only transparency is not rendered. And finally a cool thing is that when the cursor is in the pen mode (in the area of unrendered transparency), it creates rectangles or varying sizes dependent on the velocity of the cursor, making for some interesting effects. This effect is removed immediately if you pan in any direction.

It seems independent from my laptop's specification but here are my cpu and gpu

I will attach screenshots and link to imgur. The first and seventh image is how it looks normally, the rest are demonstrations.

Thanks, I think I know the cause of the problem.
