First, excuse me for my english.. hmm maybe these are dumb questions.

If i purchase the 9 USD license i can use Pyxel Edit commercially for whatever i want?

I used to use Graphics Gale which has many awesome features but i read that Pyxel Edit is better, is it true?

Hi,
Yes, you can use it commercially.
If it's better or not is a relative question. Graphics Gale is more complete and mature, has less bugs.
Pyxel Edit has some very handy features for tiles and (in my opinion) a better user interface, and is under development so it gets better and better. :)
