Brushes?

Is it possible in anyway to change the brush? so instead of being a square when doing bigger images you can use stuff like this ect https://puu.sh/vs4s9/81634cf510.png I cant seem to find an option anywhere only to increase the size of pixels

In the top you should have these, when you have the Pen tool selected.

Click on the arrow to see the available brushes. You can change its size next to the line box.
You can also increase/decrease the brush size using Cmd/ctrl + alt + mouse drag.
