I formated my PC and now dunno how to get my copy back

Hi, hows everything?
I have as a hobbie to produce minigames in 8 and 16bits. For this I have purchased a copy of this amazing tool.
Problem is, I dont have a clue how to retrieve it. Is there a way to open a ticket or something?

it has a section that describe exactly how to obtain your lost license again :)
