Hi WhyNoWork You can contact the developer at: support@pyxeledit.com and ask if there are other purchase options.

Exporting to pdf is not possible directly from PyxelEdit. You should export the image as png and use another program to scale it to the size you want, then export to PDF.
-
PyxelEdit is not geared towards anything in particular except being pixelart focused. The tile system has multiple purposes as it also acts as frames for animation, so character animation and the like are indeed also possible.

Hi mlihua Not sure what the problem is from the image, my guess would be that you've hidden tile indices. You can enable this again by going to view->"show tile indices" If you want to remap a tile or map a tile from canvas again, us…

Hi Laserbeak43 It sounds like it could be a line smoothing problem, I've noticed this being reported from elsewhere too. Try to open your Huion tablet application and check if you have "linear stabilizer/optimization" on. This mode incr…

Hi CalasarGAME It is possible to invert the colors through a bit of sorcery ;) If you've drawn a sprite based on a palette, then you can copy that palette, reverse the order of that and use the "palette swap" feature to achieve inverted c…

Hi MrHallows When you duplicate a tile and add it to the "tiles" window you also map the selected tile. To unmap a tile and therefore avoid applying changes to all duplicates, all you have to do is to ctrl+click or cmd+right-click on the …

Hi Jose It's easier to give you feedback and help you if you post your wip animation. There could be multiple ways of improving your breathing idle animation, depending on the size, color scheme and style of your animation. The first thing that com…

Hi drajeto23 Do you mean using the fill tool? if so you can disable it at the top of the window, set "use all layers" to off. If you mean for the "The tile placer", that shouldn't be possible as far as I know, it only copies c…

Hi Senix Canvas content are not automatically added to the tiles panel, only to layers, you have to use the "tile placer tool" to add it. You can hover over the tool to see what actions are available. The shortcut should be is Ctrl+click …

Hi Mechcash You should be able to just make a selection around your sprites and copy/paste that into your new canvas.

It should only locks to angles if you hold down ctrl.

I've been aware of this for a long time so it's not bug related to 0.4.6. it happens if you color pick on a tile with no color information. Selecting a color in the popup does not affect alpha, you have to press on alpha and set it to 255 again. Us…

Hi Smirnoff100 You can drag a straight line from anywhere using the pen tool. Just hold down shift and click+drag.

Looks like some of the action may not have been setup properly. resize_canvas_ action doesn't work at all. I wasn't able to get any of the special character shortcuts working either it's either bugged too or not supported. @Danik any comment here? …

All possible bindings can be found in the readme file, you may be able to find some menu actions but I don't think all of them are available.
-
The color picker is available for rebinding, it's called "quick_pick_color_action" btw. I've moved the discussion to "Questions" ;)

It's possible that the generated json differs from the json format PyxelEdit uses. Make sure the structure is identical.

Hi Bredjo Are you packing the folder or the content of the folder? if you're doing the former, then that's most likely your problem. I've tried on mac os using "Keka" and I was able to zip the content, change the extension to .pyxel and l…

Hi Tesak Pyxel does have a feature to replace multiple colors, although it's still experimental and requires a bunch of things to be done beforehand. Take a look at my reply here: http://pyxeledit.com/forum/discussion/comment/3068/#Comment_3068 a…
