Is the windows version as updated as the mac version?

I bought it through humble a couple years ago and now when i want to download the windows version, the newest i can find is from 2018 while mac has a 2020 version. Should i use the 0.4.7 beta version for windows?

    The 0.4.8 version is the latest for both Win and Mac, so they are equally updated. 0.4.9 will be released very soon though.
