"Frame time" issue

Hi. First I want to thank for the excellent program, which is much better than most similar programs. :)
Now about the detected bug. When you add a new frame to the inside (or to the starting position) of the animation, the delay time ("frame time") of all frames shifts. The same thing happens when you limit the length of the animation by the "animation frame range tool". Therefore, adding and deleting frames actually breaks the adjusted animation, forcing each time to adjust the "frame time" for the each frames of whole animation. Pehaps it's happen due to the "frame time" is not attached to the frame, but to the rigidly attached to the number of the frame. It would be much more convenient if it shifts along with the frame when adding or removing a frame (and when using "animation frame range tool"). Thanks.
