I can't buy PixelEdit

Hello there, i live in Europe; specificly in Switzerland. I'd like to buy/download Pixel Edit but i can't seem to get it. I can't use the credit card to pay and i can't seem to find it anywhere else. Does anybody know where to get it other than the official website or another payment method than credit card?

    Credit card and PayPal are the only options currently I'm afraid. Maybe you could get a friend to help you?
