GIF Export is weird with low-opacity colors

Once I exported my animation, the low-opacity color turned a vibrant purple where it meets the transparent background. see:
IDK if its supposed to do that, or if its a bug.

    Yes, the GIF format doesn't support semi-transparency, so the result can be strange. I think it would be better if the pixels were made opaque instead of becoming purple though.
