[Bug] Drawing with transparent color inconsistent

Discovered a bug tonight while messing with transparent colors.
If you set the alpha value of your color to 127 using the color picker, when you draw with the pen tool the color is inconsistent with what it should be.

I used the pen tool freehand to draw these lines (not holding shift).
On the left is the correct result, which is done by selecting a black color with alpha 255 and setting the opacity of the brush to 127.
On the right is the incorrect result, which is done by selecting a black color with alpha 127 and setting the opacity of the brush to 255.

So it looks like it places a pixel for every click, move into a pixel, and move out of a pixel. It probably does the same for the example on the left, but it doesn't work additively within the same stroke.

Yes, it draws a line between the current and previous mouse position, but it goes over the same pixel both when drawing to and from it. If you draw a fast line with a low alpha color, you get pixels of darker color where the line segments meet up. I'll make a note to fix this.
